I knew what I wanted and Raven listened to what I wanted and showed me several different options and I was able to pick the color and then when I explained what I had in mind she went to her computer and printed out the exact monument I had described. She said that since I am a veteran and I would want the military bronze put on the monument but my wife was not a vet a simular bronze marker could be custom designed for her that would match the one the VA would provide for me and it is perfect. I rate Worthington Monumentst (Burleson) 5 stars.

Picking out the perfect headstone for your husband is a very emotional process. Raven was very patient, thoughtful and helpful through the ordering process even through the last minute changes. She kept in contact throughout the entire waiting period, keeping me updated every few weeks. The communication is very good, from the ordering, approval and delivery. Once it was delivered and installed we noticed there was an issue, I contacted them and they are correcting it. That kind of customer service that is rare. When you’re going through the grieving of losing your husband, dealing with details is the last thing you want to do, but they knew exactly how to take care of it. They were the ones that made my dad’s headstone and stand alone bench, they did a great with that too. I highly recommend Worthington Monuments. From the customer service and reasonable prices to the quality of stone, you won’t find any better people.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Raven and her team did a wonderful job walking through everything and then when my mom's marker was installed, they were clear on timing and kept us updated throughout. The marker selected was perfect. Worthington is the best group to use and takes into account the emotional impact during the process.

I was a bit hesitant to order a headstone I had not seen in person from a company out of state, but Worthington Monuments had a headstone that I really liked. I contacted them about making changes to the headstone to include a niche for my husband's urn. Raven was fantastic to work with and after several tweaks we had a beautiful design. I cannot be more pleased with how it turned out.
