1.Why is granite used to create memorials?
Granite has been used for centuries to create long-lasting memorials. It is a durable and reasonably priced material. Granite comes in many colors, however gray is most commonly used for memorial stones.

2. Are the memorials found on this website the only memorials you offer?
No. We have taken the most common memorials and showcased them on this website. We enjoy doing custom work. Please feel free to contact us if you do not see what you are looking for. We can create memorials in many different colors, shapes and sizes. The possibilities are endless!

3.What should I ask the cemetery before ordering a headstone?
Many cemeteries have specific requirements. For that reason, we always recommend that you check with your cemetery before purchasing a monument. You may even find that your cemetery requires approval of monuments before installation. Our customer service team will be happy to help you with this process.

4. Installation
Some cemeteries require that they install monuments. In that case, you will be required to submit forms and pay the cemetery for installation. If the cemetery allows outside companies to install monuments, we will be happy to handle the installation. If we are not located near the cemetery, then we can help you find a reputable local company to install your monument. Please note that there will be a charge for this service from the company that installs your monument.

5. Can the cemetery refuse the headstone that I purchase?
Yes. If your monument does not meet their requirements, they can refuse it. However, if you meet their requirements they cannot, by law, refuse your purchase. If you experience a problem in this area, we suggest that you file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. As mentioned above, our customer service team will be happy to handle the cemetery approval on your behalf. This will prevent any situations where the cemetery refuses your monument.

6. Is there any way that I can see what my stone will look like?
Yes, after you enter your information that you want inscribed on the stone and make your payment, we will send you a "proof" of your purchase. This will be a line drawing of your monument with text, etc. to scale. Upon receipt of the proof, you will be allowed to make any necessary changes.

7. Is there a Shipping Fee?
No. All memorials include shipping to a cemetery or business address.

8. What is the delivery time?
Bronze memorials take 4-6 weeks upon approval of the proof from the customer and cemetery, if applicable. Engraved granite memorials take 6-8 weeks upon approval of the proof from the customer.Longer delivery times may apply for extremely unique and/or custom work. In this case, you will be notified of the extended delivery time upon order.

9. Are the designs and engraving included in the price of your gravestones?
Yes, our price includes all design and engraving.

10. What happens if the headstone is damaged in shipment?
We immediately send out a replacement headstone at no cost to you!

11. Do you deliver outside the US?
