Antioch Life Park, Grand Prairie

American Memorial Park Cemetery was founded in 1984 and was platted for an approximately nine-acre cemetery overlooking Mountain Creek lake. In subsequent years the property changed hands with the most recent ownership occurring in 2016. The new name, Antioch Life Park, reflects upon the history of the early cemetery while incorporating a sense of celebration for those who are, and will be, buried there. Renovations, expansion, and a master plan will remake it as an active cemetery and provide an alternative for those seeking a final resting place for their loved ones.

In 2018 Antioch Life Park Cemetery became an Historic Texas Cemetery as designated by the Texas Historical Commission.
